In School or Off-Campus Options
We cater for normal class sizes (20-35 students) up to 50 students
Normally run on campus in school halls or near-campus if facilities allow

The basics of breathing, relaxation and using our bodies to connect with a positive mental state are powerful tools that only come naturally to a lucky few.
Our absolute PASSION is to plant the seeds of these powerful tools in the young minds of today.
